McLaughlin Clerk of the County Court of the County aforesaid, do hereby certify that A.T. Still has this day complied with an act of the Legislature of the State of Missouri, entitled "An Act to regulate the practice of Medicine and Surgery in the State of Missouri, " approved March 27th, [1874, ] and that his name is duly entered on the "Roll of Physicians and Surgeons, " in my Office, as a Physician and Surgeon. ¶ WITNESS my hand and Seal of said Court, at Office in Kirksville, this 28th day of July 1883 ¶ Received Fee, $1.00 ¶ By [signed: S.S.
