These young men are all of Draft age, between the ages of 21 an 31 and without dependents and neither of them have been drafted I guess because “Pa” is Rich and “Ma” don’t care.” Also Mr. Otto Shutes 1620 South Burlington Ave this City also of the Draft Age without dependents, And got Married to beat the Draft.
