The Kappa Sigmas ; Sig, Alphs ; Sigma Chi&, Phi Grama, Sigma, Nus, Beta Theta Pis, and Theta Nus weie most in evidence. Theie seemed to be a general feeling of con-fidence among Missouri supporters. Missouri's famous Cadet band of thirty pieces, now appealed in the Midland conidois and ive a few lively selections, which added wonder-fully to the spirit and enthusiasm of the crowd. The band, followed by an enthusiastic delegation, then marched to the Coates House, Kansas' head-quarters, into the corridors, and nearly routed the Jayliawkers fiom their stronghold. Kansas came back a"t us, howevei, and appeared in our conidois with that old "Rock Chalk, Jayhawk," and gave it with a vengeance Kansas' Rooteis weie noticeably weaken than last yeai.
