AN ACT to repeal sections 173.100, 173.105, 173.110, 173.160, 173.170, 173.181, 173.182, 173.183,173.184,173.185 and 173.190, RSMo 1978, relating to the student loan program, and to enact in lieu thereof twenty-six new sections relating to the same subject. SECTION SECTION 1. Enacting clause. 173.390. 173.100. Definitions. 173.105. Enacting clause.—Sections 173.100, 173.105, 173.110, 173.160, 173.170, 173.181,173.182,173.183,173.184,173.185 and 173.190, RSMo 1978, are repealed and twenty- six new sections enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as sections 173.100,173.105,173.110, 173.141, 173.160, 173.170, 173.350,173.355, 173.360, 173.365,173.370, 173.375,173.380,173.385, 173.390, 173.395, 173.400, 173.405, 173.410, 173.415, 173.420, 173.425, 173.435, 173.440, 173.445 and 173.450, to read as follows: 173.100 mean: (1) (2) (3) Definitions.—As used in sections 173.095 to 173.180 the following terms "Board", the Missouri coordinating board for higher education; "Department", the Missouri department of higher education; "Eligible borrower", any person attending pr the parent pf a dependent undergraduate attending an eligible institution in Missouri, or a Missouri resident or the parent of a dependent undergraduate Missouri resident attending any eligible institution; (4) "Eligible institution", any institution of postsecondary education, including a university, college, vocational and technical school, and other postsecondary institution, which has been approved for purposes of participation in the Missouri guaranteed student loan program by the department and the United States Commissioner of
